IP protection
Thanks to the EPDM - sealed full-metal chassis, IM2100 - IP65 is protected against water and dust, according to IP65 / DIN EN 60529 and ISO 20653.

Industrial high temp. range
Moreover, IM2100 - IP65 can operate in industrial high temperature environments ranging from -30 to +65°C.
There is a pressure compensation element to ensure tightness under all working conditions.

chemical resistance and EMI
The aluminium full-metal case is protected against EMI, the EPDM seal is made of electric conducting material.
There is no significant effect of aging / many chemicals (including desinfects) does not harm the case or the seals.

Vibration & Shock
Last but not least IM2100 - IP65 is insensitive agains mechanical vibrations and shock: The SoC is solderd down to the PCB and the RAM socket as well as the cable inlets are mechanically protected.

Scalable and modular
Although this device is very special, we use standard cables. That means: We easily can configure the cable setting upon your demand. And there is no need for expensive and hard-to-get spare parts. You even may change the cable setting on your own.

3G/4G modules, connected by IP65 SMA/RP-SMA plugs, are available as an option.

This hardware is alternatively available with Intel Atom SoC, for low power applications, or Intel Core i5, for more demanding applications.

Option Redundancy
