We hereby draw your attention to this separately. The Google Tag Manager does not access this data. If deactivation has been made by the user at the domain or cookie level, it will remain in effect for all tracking tags implemented with Google Tag Manager.

On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on the website activities and to provide further services to the website operator in connection with the website and internet use. Subject of data protection

The subject of data protection is personal data. According to § 3 para. 1 BDSG, these are individual details about personal or factual circumstances of an identified or identifiable natural person. This includes, for example, information such as name, postal address, e-mail address or telephone number, but also usage data such as your IP address.

Scope of data collection and storage

In general, it is not necessary for you to provide personal data in order to use our website. However, in order for us to actually provide our services, we may need your personal data. This applies to the sending of information material or ordered goods as well as to the answering of individual inquiries.
If you instruct us to provide a service or to send goods, we only collect and store your personal data to the extent necessary to provide the service or to execute the contract. For this purpose, it may be necessary to pass on your personal data to companies that we use to provide the service or implement the contract. These are for example transport companies or other service providers. If we carry out one of the actions described below or other actions or provide services, we would like to collect and store your personal data and will ask you for your express consent at the appropriate place on our website:
- Order process
- Sending of the newsletter
- Personalization of our website
- further services and offers, for whose data collection your explicit consent is required
After complete contract processing, your data will be stored and deleted after expiration of the tax and commercial law regulations, unless you have expressly agreed to a further use of data.
If you have registered for our newsletter with your e-mail address, we will use your e-mail address for our own advertising purposes beyond the execution of the contract until you unsubscribe from the newsletter.

Collection and storage of usage data

In order to optimize our website, we collect and store data such as the date and time of the page view, the page from which you accessed our site, and similar. This is done anonymously, without identifying the user of the site personally. If necessary, user profiles are created using a pseudonym. Here too, there is no connection between the natural persons behind the pseudonym and the usage data collected. We also use cookies to collect and store usage data. These are small text files that are stored on your computer and serve to store statistical information such as the operating system, your Internet use program (browser), IP address, the website you have previously called up (referrer URL) and the time. We collect this data exclusively for statistical purposes in order to further optimize our Internet presence and to make our Internet offers even more attractive. The collection and storage of this data takes place exclusively in anonymised or pseudonymised form and does not allow any conclusion to be drawn about you as a natural person.

Earmarked use of data

We observe the principle of purpose-related data use and collect, process and store your personal data only for the purposes for which you have provided them to us. Your personal data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent, unless this is necessary for the provision of the service or the execution of the contract. Also, the transmission to state institutions and authorities entitled to receive information is only carried out within the scope of the legal obligations to provide information or if we are obliged to provide information by a court decision.
We also take the company's internal data protection very seriously. Our employees and the service companies commissioned by us have been obligated by us to maintain secrecy and to comply with data protection regulations.

Right of information and revocation

You will receive information about your data stored with us at any time and free of charge without giving reasons. You can block, correct or delete the data collected by us at any time. You can also revoke the consent given to us to collect and use your data at any time without giving reasons. To do so, please contact the contact address given in the imprint.
